Your most frequently asked questions.
A few answers to help you see how we can start planning your trip together.
How do we start planning my trip?
You can tell me your initial idea, including the destination, dates, number of travellers and what matters most to you. After that first contact we can talk more about your wishes, pace and budget, so I can work out what kind of proposal makes sense.
Do I need to know my exact destination and dates?
No. An approximate period or two destinations you are deciding between are a good start. Exact dates and availability become more important when we move on to a specific proposal.
Why do you ask for an approximate budget?
It helps me choose flights, accommodation, transport and experiences that match your expectations. You can give me a range and tell me where you would rather spend more. If you do not have a figure yet, we can discuss it together.
Do you only arrange trips to Japan and the United States?
These are the destinations I focus on most. I can also help with other places and group travel, after we discuss what you need and what the project involves.
Can you plan a group trip or a company trip?
Yes. I design shared journeys and corporate experiences, including business travel, incentive trips and team building. To get started, tell me the aim, number of participants, preferred dates and approximate budget.
What does a proposal include? Can I request changes?
We decide together which services suit your trip. The proposal will specify what is included, what is excluded and the applicable terms. Before confirming, we can discuss your choices and possible changes, subject to availability and any difference in cost.
How far in advance should I contact you?
The earlier we start, the more options we can consider calmly, especially for popular dates, complex itineraries and group trips. If you are travelling soon, write to me anyway and we will see what is still possible.
How do payments, cancellations and support work?
That depends on the services chosen and each supplier’s terms. Before you confirm, you will receive details of payment deadlines, cancellation charges, coverage and useful contacts while travelling. Please flag any special requirements in your first message.
